    (2.5) ~ meh. I've had better....

    MENU:
    * Cheeseburger = (3.25) pretty good
    * French Fries = (2) nah...had an off note:(

    Go right across the hall to Potbelly!
    Slow service Or, just ignoring me.
    I couldn't tell what was going on with the caustic lady at the counter, but it has wrecked her work attitude.
    Average food. Dirty.
    No water, No napkins etc...

    Sorry, have to push this review to the head of the line. I have a layover at BWI Airport and decided to have lunch. Now I typically, no always eat at "Pot Belly". I even have my own table there.

    Today, no Michael E. has to be a wise guy and eat here. First mistake, not checking Yelp reviews.

    So here's the deal. Want a chicken sandwich, nope, out of chicken products. Onion rings, nope, didn't have all the sauces they advertise. Want a fountain drink. They have a fountain but no fountain drinks.

    In the words of a fellow yelper, WTF, ( Where's The Food).

    I am so sorry Pot Belly, I will never stray again, pinky promise.

    I can sum this rating up in one word.....slooooooooow.  Nice people, just a completely slow process.  15 minute wait in the line with 4 people ahead of us and when I got into the waiting line, I discovered most waiters had taken seats.  9 people in the waiting line.  I thought 45 minutes to catch lunch would be enough.  Sadly we left the Pot Belly line because it was 3 times as long....we watch as we learned that was a huge mistake.  The line went through 10 or 20 times faster.  After I paid at 2:10 pm, I received my single chicken sandwich, nothing else, no sides, at 2:32.   The sandwich was mediocre.  Chicken filet was very thin and the cheese wasn't melted.  Luke warm.  First experience, never again!

    Straight up disaster (clearly I didn't read the Yelp reviews before ordering, but it was literally next to my gate).

    They were out of many basic menu items, including lettuce and water. Credit only because they were out of change. Service DNGAF. I ordered the DIY chicken burger and they gave me the pre-set #5 chicken burger. When I said I did not order mine with bacon or mayo they took the bacon off and handed me the same burger back while yelling that the menu said bacon (again, not the item I ordered). Luckily I don't have allergies but anyone who does should avoid this place even more than the rest of us.
